We offer comprehensive, fully detailed design packs with high-quality, lifelike renders that bring every aspect of your project to life, helping you clearly visualise the finished design in your home.
We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure every detail is carefully considered — from materials and colours to handles, hinges, and all the finer finishing touches.
To manufacture & supply
At Sam Kirby Joinery, every piece is designed, manufactured, and finished in our workshop, giving us complete control over quality from start to finish. Each project begins with careful planning, whether working from architectural drawings or developing designs in collaboration with the client, with materials and construction methods selected to suit both the space and intended use. We use high-quality timbers and sheet materials sourced from trusted suppliers, chosen for their stability, durability, and appearance. Components are precision-machined and handcrafted using a blend of joinery techniques and modern machinery, before being hand-assembled with close attention to detail, alignment, and finish. Finishing is carried out in-house, whether spray-finished, hand-painted, or prepared for on-site finishing, with meticulous surface preparation to ensure a smooth, long-lasting result. Every piece is thoroughly checked before leaving the workshop and installed with the same care and precision, ensuring a seamless fit and a standard of craftsmanship built to last.
To install
Every project is installed by highly skilled fitters, ensuring the same level of care, precision, and craftsmanship applied during the workshop build is maintained through to completion.
We provide clear communication at every stage of the installation, keeping you fully informed of progress and promptly advising of any delays should they arise.
Through effective planning, time management, and on-site coordination, we work proactively to minimise disruption and keep any delays to an absolute minimum.
